Have a Great Party

Don't leave it to chance, plan and prepare your party and everyone will enjoy it - even the adults. Here is our plan for a great party. Good luck.

Preparation

send out invitations 2 to 3 weeks beforehand

Day Before the Party

Prepare the games - Pass the Parcel; fill the Pinata; Air inflate balloons; fill the loot bags

Morning of the Party

Prepare the table; put food on plates covered with cling film; put candles on the cake; put up decorations inside and out

The Party - allow One and a Half hours

First Half Hour - greeting guests, accepting presents (Put them in a special place to be opened later); Play some quick games (see Tips for Games and Prizes)

Second Half Hour - allow children to sit down and eat; Sing 'Happy Birthday' and cut the cake; take photographs

Third Half Hour - more games and prizes; put cake in Loot Bags

Going Home

As parents arrive to collect children remember to give each one a loot bag and a balloon on a stick
